This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
I received a text message saying my Apple ID had triggered a security warning naming the amount of 285.60 at "APPLE STORE- Orlando, FL". It gave a number to call and stated if I did nothing the charges would go through, assuming it was authorized by me. I gave the email for help: https://getsupport.apple.com, also. I called the number from a public phone and spoke with a woman who said I have questionable charges from bitcoin, Target and Orlando. She tried to get me to download the app AnyDesk Remote Desktop on my iPhone to "detect" identity theft actions from accounts I have used on the web. I told her I didn't have time right now and would call her after work and she gave me the name Daisy Wilson and the "personal phone number" 669-205-3452, to call her after work. I was suspicious from the get-go, because I do not use Apple Pay. It all looks and sounds so legit, that I checked this site for see if there are any scams out there. I saw the exact text I received on your site!
