On July 12th 2025, i reached out to Eduard kim who owns a business of bodyshop located in Portland Gresham, and we agreed to fix my vehicle. And the job cost is $1500 including body work and paint. Then i tow the car to his shop also i delivered the parts needed in addition of $1100 deposit, And he promised to get the car repaired and done with in 2 weeks. After the due date passed i kept reaching out to him and he keeps telling me he needs another week and he kept doing that over and over and never been fixed nether do anything other than disassembled the parts out of the vehicle. Then finally i met with him on 10/23/2025 , and the car was not fixed at all , then he told me that he will close out his business at the end of this year, and he stated the employees left and doesn't have someone to work. Therefore, while im checking my car at his shop and prior to pick it up to different bodyshop, i noticed it was missing parts that i previously ordered and delivered to his shop including the parts i gave him money to order for me previously. When i asked him where is the rest of the parts , he stated he doesn't know. When i contacts the police the non emergency ,they said its a civile matter. The deposit and the cost of the parts aprox $2200 adding the towing cost of $500 from - to his shop in addition of the damage of wasting my time and being scammed by him. It also there was a witness and text messages with the body shop guy agreed and acknowledged all the money he received and the parts/money that still in his possession.
