I have the same complaint as the women who posted previously on on BBB on August 13, 2025. This company charged me $319 for a EIN for a charitable organization. A EIN is free to generate on the IRS website. Their website appears like a legitimate IRS site. The company charges $319 for a service that is free. I received no confirmation of purchase. They offer no expert service and no additional services. We requested a refund and they refused. Their business practice is unethical and it cost my charitable organization money.
