this online merchant sales crypto chips with special QR code engraving, and on there website it clearly says if your not satisfied with your products you can return it and get a full refund. I have order the special QR code coin engraving. when I received the product it did not say what I wanted it to say on the coin. so I email the merchant to return there products for a refund, and waited for 24 hours no respond back from the merchant, then I send out another email requesting a return process and a refund, waited another 24 hours still no reply from the merchant. this online merchant is a scam they say if not satisfied you can return for a refund, but they do not respond to you when you want to return there products.
