This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
Received several calls and messages from the same person claiming to represent UnitedHealth Care Community plan which is my current health care plan stating there is a new benefit that is included in the plan she'd like to descuss with me. I contacted UnitedHealth and was advised there is no such benefit and they are not making any personal calls to their members at this time and there is no call outs to me on record and was advised to please be aware of giving any personal information to impostors and scammers.
