There was a job application for a personal assistant at Fenol Jr Law on Indeed.com. The company website listed it as an assistant to an attorney, conducting business duties. I was contacted for an interview via Zoom Interview Desk. The conversation was only on this site, the answers vague and did not answer specific questions I asked. I had an "interview" on Friday the 14th on this Interview Desk, with the same results: me answering basic questions, my detailed questions not answered. I received a job offer on Monday the 17th. The offer letter said both part time and full time. I reached out to the person who would be my supervisor: Rafael Madrid Jr. The only way to contact him was via the Signal App, which is what I was told would be primary contact method. This person then said the position would be a personal assistant to him and his family, all online, remote, shopping, running errands, keeping his family on a schedule. He sent me an image of a man with a driver's license; I do not know if it was him or not, as I could not read it, and the picture disappeared after I had viewed it once. He then began messaging me about starting this week to start running errands, even though I had initially said I would not be available until Dec 1. They had sent me tax forms to fill out along with the offer letter. I kept asking pertinent questions and couldn't quite get a straight answer. I went back to the website. I called the numbers listed: neither is a working number. I reached out thru the "contact" page, asking if this Madrid was an attorney, as he was not listed on the site. I received a generic email back, with no name attached saying yes he is. I researched and found four of the attorneys listed on the site are working at firms in California; "Fenol Jr Law" is in Pennsylvania.
