Description

I found this seller through OfferUp, where they directed me to their website, applerok.com, claiming they were a manufacturer. The site appeared legitimate and had product listings and reviews, so I placed an order. After paying with my credit card, the company sent a FedEx tracking number, but FedEx later confirmed the package was delivered to a completely different address that was not mine. When I contacted the seller, they gave excuses and said they would reship the order, but nothing was delivered. The company then created a new order number and claimed the package would be sent overnight. Instead, the shipment became stuck in New Jersey, and FedEx said they were waiting for instructions from the merchant. When I contacted the merchant again, they denied any involvement and stopped responding. Their website did not allow cancellations, and email support suddenly became unavailable. After weeks of being ignored, I filed a dispute with my bank. Immediately afterward, the company began sending multiple threatening emails saying my account was “frozen,” all orders were cancelled with no refunds, and that I owed a “mandatory” $105 fee. They demanded payment through Venmo, eCheck links, or by calling their phone number. They continued sending deadline-based threats trying to get additional money. The seller never delivered any order, ignored all attempts at communication, provided misleading tracking information, and then tried to pressure me for more money after I disputed the charge. This appears to be a fraudulent online storefront using fake tracking, false addresses, and intimidation tactics to avoid refunds and collect extra payments. I have all evidence. the tracking numbers, intentional fake delivery attemps, the threatning emails, the emails, and all.
