I ordered from Ryvalia and had no problem with the website. I ordered twice from them and got my product in a reasonable time. However, when you order from them they will automatically sign you up for a subscription without your knowledge. I got a notification from my bank that they were trying to take money from my account. So I was able to stop that. I did order for a 3rd time from them months later. I received a tracking number and they used shop.com so I could track it and it would say “in transit” but I wouldn’t say exactly where. So I would email them and this is the constant response I got. Hi , Thank you for staying in touch, and I’m genuinely sorry this delivery has dragged on so long.. I’ve just spoken directly with our carrier’s escalation desk. They confirm the parcel cleared their regional hub overnight and is now on the truck for final delivery by the end of this week. Once the driver performs the next scan you should see the tracking page refresh automatically. Thank you again for bearing with us. As I read about the company it says this is actually what they do. The first order or 2 is sent with no problem but after that they don’t send the products and give you the run around. Basically it was a fake tracking number and it will sit in “in transit” for forever. And if you don’t notice right away they sign you up for a subscription you never approved of.
