I asked for a refund immediately after I realized it was not the US STate Department. Then I got this: Dear **** *******, Thank you for contacting us. We charge a fee for our services and provide customer assistance and support throughout the process of completing your U.S. passport application. We remain at your disposal for any further questions or assistance you may need.
