A third party, unknown to us and unaffiliated with Douglas Elliman, is misrepresenting themselves as a realty agent and falsely claiming to represent Douglas Elliman in order to collect rental applications and fees for fictitious apartment listings. These actions are unlawful and criminal in nature, involving fraud, impersonation, and theft.
