When attempting to print on my HP printer, a printed paper message came out of my printer. "A problem has occurred with your HP account and you will be unable to print very soon unless the issue is resolved." ...... Claim code: JNSG DZVN D493 4841 My printer is older and not under warranty. I was told to pay $19.99 to renew the warranty so I could use my printer again, which I didn't want to do. I don't need a subscription service for printer ink as I am a private person, not a corporation. I was unable to send the file of the message that came out of my printer.
