Lenoria is a company selling pumpkin seed oil. My mother ordered once, tried it, and hated it. She was surprised to receive a second and third package in the mail. without her consent Lenoria subscribed her to a monthly subscription. We have made multiple attempts to contact them via email [email protected]. No one ever replies and I am certain it is unmonitored. Their website lists no phone number. We tried to access my mother's account to stop the orders, but they prevent us from logging in (never sends a link to access once requested). We finally had to contact the credit card company, claim this as fraudulent, and request new credit cards.
