Description
My mother received a letter from a company claiming to be a warranty company wanting her to call them immediately as her home warranty may have expired. No return address, no email no website was provided in this letter. Just a phone number 888-678-5131 as a way to contact them. On the top left corner of the letter it says FORM 9550-WARR Penalty for Private Use $300.00. We never contacted them.
