On November 17, 2025 I called Woshbox because my washer and dryer went. I talked to a girl who explained to me that it’s $2.99 to $3.99 per pound. I said OK because we didn’t have that many pounds, I know She said you’re probably looking at between $50-$60. Which was OK it was coming out of my son’s check until we get a new washer and dryer, I get a call today on November 18. Your laundry is done. It is $172 for 40 pounds. I was livid. I said you got it wrong. The lady told me between $50-$60 and I didn’t have 40 pounds of laundry she said yes you did have 40 pounds of laundry and that is the price I said what did you do it wet it’s not 40 pounds we only had some light towels in there some shirts and underwear and socks and a few light blankets. It was not 40 pounds. she said ma’am, I’m telling you that’s what it is and that’s what you have to pay. I said well I can’t afford that. I’m disabled and you guys were supposed to give me a discount because of being disabled as well from what the girl said and being on disability, she said we gave you a discount. I said you can’t tell me with a discount that it’s $172 and I did not have 40 pounds of laundry so those are lies. She said you pay it or you lose your laundry, I said keep the laundry.
