Case 1: Consolidated UniUni Shipment (Tracking 4C003925742US) This case concerns a package received on November 3, 2025, where the physical weight was insufficient for the items ordered. The following items were paid for but missing from the delivery: (1) BaerSkin Tactical Hoodie 3.0 Navy 3XL (Order #QT2QWED7) - $49.95 (1) BaerSkin Tactical Hoodie 4.0 Black M (Order #GUCPU1B9) - $74.97 (1) BaerSkin Heavy Rain Jacket 2.0 Black L (Order #KNGQDX3Z) - $69.97 The total value of the missing items for this shipment is approximately $194.89. Previous correspondence has detailed these discrepancies, including supporting photographic evidence. Case 2: Individual USPS Shipment (Order #MBNC4TZJ) A similar issue occurred with a separate order, MBNC4TZJ, received on November 6, 2025, with USPS tracking number 9200190370396800956827. The package contained only a single American Flag Velcro Patch (Price $14.95). The primary item, the BaerSkin Tactical Hoodie 3.0 Women (White Large, Price $49.95), was missing. The total financial loss for this order, including the item price and associated shipping costs, is approximately $49.95 plus shipping fees. Requested Resolution and Next Steps Immediate resolution, shipment of all missing items, and updated tracking information are requested to prevent further escalation.
