Description
I placed an order for a three month subscription for Tirzeptide with Prioritymeds. They approved my order on 10/4 , charged my credit card for the first month and shipped the first months shipment on 10/7. It was received without issue. It was a four week dosage. On 11/4 I was charged for the second months shipment. I waited a couple of days to get the shipping advice and when it didnt come, I contacted customer service on their "Chat" page on their website. I was told by their customer service person that they never just ship and that I needed to fill out their "medical request form". I couldn't find it anywhere on their website and was told that it wouldn't populate until it was time for a refill. I explained that I was already being charged and that it was time. They told me that I needed to call which I did but the phone just rings and rings. No one picks up. I also emailed and when I got a response 5 days later, the person whose name was John lied to me and told me that they ship all three months in advance and that they only charge monthly which is totally not true and not what happened. They are refusing to either ship or refund my money. I filed a claim with the credit card company. Total fraud.
