Description
As others have reported, I received fraudulent charges for catheters on two separate occasions for which Medicare has made payments. My secondary insurer flagged the charges as fraudulent from the start. Medicare has made payments each time, even AFTER I reported the first fraud to Medicare and my secondary insurer. I was told Medicare fraud is investigated by a contractor, Noridian Solutions. Clearly the Medicare contractor is not doing their job and costing taxpayers thousands of dollars.
