Description
I ordered two pairs of "Nike" KD17 NRG EP Pink Foam basketball shoes from Six Foot Oak (JONXIFON) for my son. We spent $280.60 for a size 8.5 and a 9.0 thinking that I could return the pair that didn't fit. This business's address is stated as being in Casper Wyoming so I thought that I was dealing with a US company. When I requested a shipping label they told me that because there was nothing physically wrong with the shoes that they would not allow them to be returned. My only option was to keep both pairs and pay an additional $40 and I could have another pair of my choice and similar value to make it up to me. That's when I got suspicious. After many back and forth conversations I flat out asked the representative that I was working with (Mia Thermopolis) if these shoes were authentic and she replied that they would not guarantee that they were 100% authentic. I attached the correspondence to this email. I think that a business like this selling fakes without openly acknowledging it on thier site shouldnot be able to continue to do business. There were other reputable sites that had the same "authentic" shoes and they were maybe $15 more but because my son and I were going to split the cost of the shoes we went with the cheaper site. Very sad. :(
