This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
Ordered discounted items from a website, tracking information was sent via email with a tracking number. After almost a month received an email saying the product was delivered to the incorrect zip code. Contacted the company and they said they would look into it. Received many many other emails apologizing for the delay. All emails are signed from people with very American names, as to appear that they are the US, which they are not. I have requested a refund more times than I can count, they first offered a partial refund, 30%, then 50% then a full refund after numerous emails back and forth. I have not received any type of refund and the communication has stopped on their end.
