This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
We received a "warranty Replacement" notice for coverage for "all available components" of "mechanical systems" telling us to call the phone number so no lapse in coverage. There are no details- title of "sender" is Home Records Division. No company or entity listed. They had my husband's name and address.
