Description

This man was recommended by someone on facebook in a couple of groups local to Conroe, Houston, and Dallas Texas. He has a business card that has two phone numbers on it and claims to do plumbing/septic work. He asked for half of the payment upfront and said he would get the rest of the payment when the work was finished. He came out to our house and looked at the work that needed to be done and even wrote an invoice. He asked for a cashiers check instead of a regular check. Once we gave him the check we messaged him that night and he blocked us.
