I saw these U.S. Air Force Veteran's Tribute Glasses on a web site, on 15 October, 2025, paying $80.97. In the advertising photo of their product, it states FREE RETURNS UNTIL JANUARY 31 (It is shown on the advertisement photo I am enclosing). What is shown in their ad is beautiful. After waiting for a period of time, I tried the tracking number they supplied. I could not get the tracking number to work that they gave me...I am including scans of what was advertised, and finally, what actually came in the U.S.P.S. When I got their package (On 24 October, 2025), it had this address on their shipping label: SHIPPING DEPARTMENT 2407W NORTH AVENUE MELROSE PARK, ILLINOIS 60160 There is absolutely NO COMPARISON to what they advertised! What they sent was a cheap, painted drinking glass. I am also enclosing a photo of what I ACTUALLY RECEIVED. Please compare what they advertised and what they actually shipped to me. I wouldn't give $2.00 at a roadside flea market for the actual item I received. When I sent an email informing them what I received was totally UNACCEPTABLE and requesting a FREE RETURN LABEL (asking for what they state in their advertisement), I received this reply: ************************************************************************************************** Dear customer, We are glad you got the item but sincerely sorry for the problem. Considering the high shipping fee to return it all the way back to our warehouse (about return shipping fee is $50-$80), will it be possible to offer a $15.00 refund to you as a way to make up for this? It is more convenient for you. Have a nice day! ************************************************************************************************ Their original advertisement DID NOT MENTION returning the UNACCEPTABLE item BACK TO CHINA...And, even if it did, it specifies FREE RETURNS UNTIL JANUARY 31...I don't care if it needs to be shipped back to Melrose Park, Illinois, OR GUANGDONG PROVINCE, CHINA! THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO SEND ME A FREE RETURN SHIPPING LABEL! ON THAT FREE RETURN LABEL "THEY" SHOULD SPECIFY WHERE TO RETURN IT! I think it is unconscionable to treat someone who served in the U.S. Military like this. I am an American veteran and I gave the best years of my life to my country...I, myself, will never again order anything from this site.
