Ok. So I have bought about five Stanley cups for myself and family this fall. Stanley products show up on my Facebook feed. There was an ad that popped up showing what looks like a mini Stanley lunch box or cooler box that I have supposedly’Won’, just pay the $9.95 shipping cost. Fair enough - I clicked it and paid with a debit card. I immediately felt like something was off, in the fine print of the ad’s terms & conditions. It turns out that I basically paid the $9.95 for the chance of winning and my card would be billed $122.00 in five days to keep me in the ‘winners loop.’
