Lialys hairpins are all over YouTube as ads. It is not clear on their website that the company is in France. I bought them and was not happy with the quality. [email protected] ---It seems this is the scam: they do not disclose the actual return policy and rely on people not wanting the hassle of returning the product to FRANCE! Therefore, they "earn" half of every sale by default. Had I known that this was the real return policy, I would not have bought the product. Fortunately, I only lost $21 on a $42 purchase, but I am writing this review because others should know what is really going on with this product that is advertised all over YouTube.
