Purchased Nike shoes and received cheap knock off product. I reached out to customer service email who openly ADMITTED they were counterfeit and refused to refund my money. Beyond the moral implications of selling counterfeit product, they were incredibly cheaply made. I am not an avid Nike customer, and even I could instantly tell they were fake and fit so poorly I was unable to wear.
