Description
I originally saw a photo of women's blouses on Facebook, then typed the website into my browser to go on to the company's website. I found the blouse shown, and others that were interesting. They offered a free shipping deal and discount if multiple items were ordered. I used a personal credit card. There was an email comfirmation sent to me, then an additional update for shipping time estimation. The order arrived and the items were not as they appeared on the photos of the website, and the size not even close to standard U.S sizing. There were no fiber content labels, and the material did not look like linen, but more like polyester, with a funny sheen to it. The one shirt I originally was interested in was the closest to the photos, yet the others looked like photos of floral, blown up and totally blurred. Not at all "folk floral" as suggested in description. I used their "Info@Dearscloth" email address to ask to return. That triggered a back and forth, with a "negotiation" to offer me $20 for inconvenience, but not a full refund. If I wanted that, I would have to ship to an address in China, not what my return address listed as shipper on my package recieved. An inquiry to that and request to ship to return address lable led to an email saying to send to "this" address, not specifying which address. I sent my package to (my) package return address label, along with photo and tracking number from Post Office. I then recieved an email saying that it was not the correct address. As previous complaint noted, my contact emails used an insulting language about their "loss of money", "if I insisted on a refund/return", and an unclear response to address use. It was as though it was AI or a robot responding. The last response seemed to start back at the beginning of the system. My order total was $78.37 (free shipping), and my shipping to the US return address (from my order) was $17.15 (Carteret, NJ). I figured the shipping to their China address would be much more. Correspondance "Dear customer, we apologize that you were not satisfied with our product. If you require a full refund, please return the product to us at your expense. Address: Haobaoxing Zhihuicheng, No. 650, Daozhoushi Road, Hangcheng Subdistrict, Bao'an District, Shenzhen City: Shenzhen Province: Guangdong Province Postal Code: 518000 Tel: +86-131156460709 The emails sent back and forth showed caucasian women working on sewing projects, there was always the information about saving National Parks, and never in the information that would lead to think I'd have to interact with an address in China if there was a problem with satisfaction in my order.
