This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
I took a personality test and was asked to pay 1.99 for full access. It seems that they include a monthly subscription in their fine print that costs 27.88. I logged into the online account to cancel the subscription and my account notes that it's a free account and there is no space to cancel my subscription. I emailed the company 3 times via email to request a cancellation and once to request a refund. I believe the FTC has some laws around this issue of auto renewals in fine print. I will be contacting my lawyers about this.
