Papaya gaming has been scamming customers for a long time. I have 300$ just in bubble cash alone on my paypal account including various charges I didnt make when looking at my statement. Another 100$ on a seperate card. Chasing a promotion they never disclosed anywhere that the winning would be in bonus cash only when I finally won it, not omly could I not cash out but I had to play over 80$ in bonus cash forcing me to spend it in the games and when I won cash on it they used that first reducing me to only bonus cash games, not only do they slow the games when they dont want you to win they will ocassionally loosen them on small wins, they fill the missing players with bots, freqrently actually almost 100% of the time if you have spent your last few dollars on a game and are waiting on a win if you are in top three, lets say i won 3$ and I have nothing left, there will be one player still playing for an hour they say it is random or people can pause if they font submit their scoore or are still playing it will end in 60 or 70 mins something like that.. this is to get you spend more money. Almost every time. Outside of the general mechanics, i asked them to remove a credit card, tbecause there is zero option to remove payments or cards, i recieved an email back saying they would and did. When i went to cash out next time a very small amount it was split between two cards with no option for where the money went even if i paid from my new card and my old card that they said i removed was on file. Not only do they send winnings as refunds which seems fishy, there are few small charges i didnt make as well as many i did. Im not happy with papaya gaming over 400 spent i can visibly see, i will assume liability for my own actions in gaming to a certain degree however this is not a reputable business but a very real scam in my opinion.
