I was renewing my passport through the US Government Passport sight. I submitted all my personal information to renew my passport online, then printed out my paperwork and receipt and mailed it the the US Passport Center. The passport center received my information but stated I did not pay. They sent me a letter stating that I paid a scammer company and that I still needed to submit my payment. I have contacted the company and they said I had 30 days to apply for a refund, it had been 31 days so they denied me. Even after I sent the them letter from the US Passport processing center and proved that I tried to contact them the very same day of the denial. They do not have an actual phone number and sent me a link to use them AGAIN to apply for a passport using their service ONE MORE TIME.
