This company goes by multiple names- Best fare deal, Vflyus, Vfly and if you talk to the representatives on a call on their advertised phone number, they say that their company is called Flight service. In August 2025, I was perusing online for flight tickets and I was contacted by a person who called themself Elijah (not real name). The chronology is as follows: $3,597.77 Total cost of 2 tickets as quoted 1. Tap Tap LLC - $597.77 First payment/ Bal- $3,000 2. Apple Pay - $998.00 Second payment / Bal- $2,002 (on 31/07/2025) 3. Apple Pay - $998.00 Third payment / Bal - 1,004.00 (on 31/07/2025) 4. + $570.00 Refund of First payment 5. Western Union transfer- $1,500.00 I incurred personal expenses when sending money via 1. Wire transfer - $25 (which failed) 2. Western Union - $75 All of this are furnished on the receipts attached. I was asked to send money via Apple Pay multiple times on multiple numbers (over 13 different numbers- see screenshots attached). Also via cash app (which failed). Even prior to travel I was provided PNR numbers which I had checked online and showed tickets under my name. However those expired multiple times and I had to ask them to send me updated ones. A week prior to date of travel I was told that I don’t have tickets (reason being that the airline did not release tickets to me). Since then they have been robbing me around advising that I would get my refund in a week, 10 days, 15 days etc. their reason was that the airline was holding my money. I called and spoke to Qantas and American airline who advised me that they do not hold refunds for more than 7 days and that there are no records. I am calling them everyday and I they continue to lie to me saying the airline is holding my money. I am having to speak to multiple fake western named people (James, max, elena, Stella) and I hear them speak Hindi in the background and they continue lying to me blatantly. I never received any service or a refund.
