I disputed with credit card company & they ended up giving courtesy dispute credit. I placed from Dennis uniforms in July and was charged to my credit card in August. The tracking number was created and seller never handed package to ups. So after many non responses from their chat bot or email and disconnected phones I reported to credit card. After reporting dispute they sent a bag of 5 items (which were NOT any of the correct items I ordered). They also sent me an email with an invalid 800 number saying 5 of my 7 items paid for were delivered. This is a complete scam operation. I now have a bag of wrong colored or wrong sized items that I can’t use for my child. I feel they “pretended” to send packages of clothes to charge people for goods not received. I ordered 2 pairs gray pants, got 2 pairs black pants. I checked with customer service when ordering blazer, told no school label sewn on & wrong school label sewn on. The tie is 10” rather than 14” one I ordered. The shirt is like a man size L instead of boys 18. We have other Dennis uniforms & these appear to be fake and wrong size/colors from order. They didn’t even pretend to send the last 2 items charged. The phone number on email for the shipment is out of service and no response to emailing back to them. No one chats back on the chat bot ever. It says we’ll get back to you but never does. Somehow the credit card company contacted them and cancelled my dispute exactly on the deadline date saying merchant said I’m in possession of items (with nowhere to return and wrong items). I explained again and my card will refund me since I’ve had an account a long time and not disputed charges. They told me to report this fraud to BBB when I asked if any way to report it since they obviously got my info from the Dennis uniform company’s mailing list for child’s school uniforms when went out of business and are fraudulently selling clothes at half off still.
