This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
Never received order. After contacting them they said it was delivered. I asked for prood since it wasn't delivered They offered to resend but that delivery never came. I contacted them again, they said the second delivery showed delivery on their end but it wasn't. Then I asked for refund. They offered me 70% refund. Itold them I wanted full refund. They said okay but it would take 15-25 days. That never happened either. Still waiting!
