Description
I googled BCBS insurance and somehow ended up getting this company. I spoke with them and asked that it was BCBS and they assured me I would be able to keep all of my providers and I could go anywhere in the US. This should have been my first clue. When I got the emails, it had a different name than the emails and also different from what showed up on the credit card statement online. I tried calling to cancel and four times I was disconnected. The emails also clearly stated that this was not insurance in spite of what I was lead to believe.
