I had the identical experience of the previous reporting person. I purchased the 6 bottle package for $316. It was a mostly caffeine pill that I am sensitive to and can't use. I called customer service. Message said outside of business hours, leave message. I left a message. No response. I emailed customer service. No response. Their dissatisfied customer 100% refund is a lie. I even offered to return the products. No response. I saw a disclaimer by Sanja Gupta and Anderson Cooper that it was not them in the ad video. Clearly a SCAM. Took the money and GHOSTED me.
