Description

I applied for a job with the company(BlueBridge Technologies). I received what I thought was an interview from the company via email. I was informed to go to Microsoft Teams for the initial interview with a man called Isaac Boyle. He informed me that he was the HR Director for the US market because this company is located in Ireland. He explained that the company was gearing up to move some parts of the market to the US and would need customer support immediately. I got through the interview and was informed that I got the job. I was sent an offer letter via email, and it was signed and sent back. I have been sent offer letters before via email from other companies, so it was not a red flag at this point. I was then sent a W-4 and a direct deposit form to fill out for HR. I got leery when the Boyle guy asked me about the equipment that would be needed for the job, and that they could pay off the balance of a credit card, I may have to fund the shipment of the equipment.
