The ZAR amount lost is R429.36. Refunded R170.62 for the item, but they refuse to refund the postage. I suffer from anxiety and spent my last money on purchasing this weighted cow. Parcel received nearly a month later, packed with weight of 0.34kg / 0.74lbs - not what I call weighted, different colour, no weights, strange battery thing in the back that doesn’t work, only less than 30cm tall) . I requested a refund, this was where I was directed on their website : • "Will not be replaced (Example 3): If you purchased a weighted plushie but feel it isn’t weighted; As a small business, we work hard to provide thorough product details so you can decide before buying." Further email "After reviewing your order, we can confirm that the correct item was shipped. However, we acknowledge that the product may not appear fully consistent with the way it was advertised, and we truly regret any inconvenience this has caused. Please know that we take product quality and accurate representation very seriously, and your feedback is extremely valuable in helping us improve." IT WAS NOWHERE NEAR THE SAME ITEM. I've attached pictures below... what I ordered vs the thing that I got. PLEASE NOTE THAT I SELECTED USA AS MY HOME COUNTRY, BUT I LIVE IN CAPE TOWN, SOUTH AFRICA (THERE WAS NO OTHER OPTION)
