I prepaid for a vehicle rental online upheld all contractual obligations and when i arrived to pick up the vehicle they turned me away without explanation and did not give me a refund this cost me not only my time and money for the rental but cost me contracts for my own company a potential 100,000.00 ive gone thru all the available channels to get my refund but they refuse to answer or respond they have your bbb stamp on their website please do something. Stop this company from robbing people
