Studio Bad Egg launched a preorder merchandise campaign that was set to ship out items in July 2025 and has since repeatedly changed fulfillment dates while providing no updates on shipments after making over $1 million in initial sales. They have also tried to double-charge every customer for additional tariff charges that were charged without prior notice or confirmation from customers. They are neglecting to communicate with customers and have strictly been denying any customer requests for a refund. They do not fulfill orders, communicate production and shipment statuses, and have silently billed customers without consent.
