I ***** ***** ordered two sets of product based on what was told by Burn Jaro. When the first part came, I noticed ingredients could not be taken since I am allergic to. I sent back with RMA# and was promptly refunded whole amount. The second package then came and have returned it with tracking number which arrived in tack in full Nov 7, 2025 1:05 PM. But the company refused to refund the second package which came as group order. They keep changing from 30% to 75% to full refund 100% and again to 30%. They want medical documentation which my doctor could if they want to pay for it. I was promised complete money back if not acceptable. I do not want to end up in hospital because of unacceptable business nor medical difficulty. I keep telling them of my allergy. I am allergic to corn, soy, wheat and many ingredients of first package. They never informed me of ingredients until I saw on first package. I have chain of email that keeps mentioning all different changes. I want full refund of B855277357 returned packages never opened. I can provide copy of chain emails and copy of tracking number .
