I placed an order with Fashion Nova that included more than twenty five items, and I also paid for next day shipping. I received an email with the expected delivery date, but shortly after, I was told there were warehouse delays and my order would not ship on time. I ended up waiting four additional days, and during that time, I never received the package. I reached out multiple times through social media and email, and every time, I was sent the same automated response. Today, I finally received a message accusing me of lying about not receiving my order. There is absolutely no reason for me to lie. I paid for my items in full with my debit card, not through any pay later service. This experience has been extremely disappointing, especially because I consistently shop with this company and spend my money with them regularly. I am requesting a proper investigation and a resolution, because the way this situation has been handled is unacceptable.
