Description
I purchased a trial product which somehow enrolled me into a monthly subscription. After cancelling the subscription, I received 1 more delivery which I was instructed to return unopened to a specific address. The package was returned to said address and a refund was never given. I have sent numerous emails with the delivery tracking number, confirming the delivery was successful. No one will respond to my emails and there has still been no refund.
