This is a vacation program that they are selling to people for great deals. You pay seven Grand up front and you get discounts on hotels, cruises and etc. You go to a website to pick what you want and then that's how you get your so-called discount. As an example, you can go to Europe for 2 weeks for two people balcony Cruise for $2,000. You go to their website it's not even close to that price. You can't even go to the Caribbean or the Bahamas under 5:00,000. And then they claim that you would get your discount after you purchase your ticket or your hotel and they will give you a certain percentage back. They never mention that before. They just said that our discount would be up front. That's not the case. I called them. They did not want to resolve this in any shape or form. Basically they lied about what you're getting for your money. They presented a whole lavish production of pictures of places that you can go and the prices for those places. This is what you get for your money. And as you agree to their contract of seven Grand that you had to pay for up front then you get all these discounts. Now they're claiming all they have to do is give you a 10% discount. Nothing like the salesman said it was fast information. Advertisement everything that they claim is untrue when you call the company they basically said as long as we give you 10% off that's all we have to do what the guy did not say that whatsoever. We would have never purchased something like this nobody would have. The customer service lady was rude. Disrespectful. Wouldn't it allow you to speak even though I was pleasant and asked her many times. Please please let me speak. I have questions. She just kept on talking over me. Their customer service was absolutely terrifying. She was like a badger on the phone. And she just kept on saying I don't want to argue with you. It's just like I just want to speak please. I kept my calm. She was rude. She would not allow you to speak or ask any questions and she refused to give me any of my money back. She would not let me out of my contract even though we did not use the program yet. I hope this helps anybody in the future. I hope you can help me. God bless
