I purchased one of their products through amazon.com and before I opened it I wanted to make sure that it was the right fit as it is a recumbent bicycle and I am about 6 feet tall. The first item I ordered from a different vendor was not large enough for me. So before I open this package up and assembled it, I wanted to to find out if any local businesses have this item in stock so that I can inspect it. When I went to search for their website, it listed a phone number for customer support but when I dialed it, it said that the number was not in service. Doing a deeper search I found another website that directed me to a different company. Horizon fitness with a different phone number. When I called them they said they were not familiar with this company and they did not service their products.
