Home Alliance offered a deal that if a customer pays for the Gold Membership which is $99.99, then the HVAC service fee done in one’s home would be waived. The technician, whose name is Alex and whose number is 917-474-1682, didn’t even do any of the services that I requested, which was to drain/flush out the heating units. In fact, he was here for less than 5 minutes!!!!! When I called Home Alliance to talk to JC, the one who offered this deal with the gold membership to me in the first place,, suddenly he wasn’t available anymore and didn’t return my calls. When calling, their number (855) 732-4952 also suddenly said SCAM LIKELY!!!!! Another number this company claims it could be reached but is not reachable is (999)999-9999. So I want my $99.99 back!!! That’s the reason I tried reaching JC.
