This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
Told me that I need to contact the issuing agency about a failed delivery attempt for court documents. I told them that I didn't know who they were calling for and they wouldn't give me any information. I finally hung up because he wouldn't let me say anything and then he called back from another number and did this three more times with a different number each time. I then received a text from another number and I think it is connected to the same people.
