After I altered the company to the discrepancy in quality, they openly admitted to using AI advertisement that is not true to the product. Therefore this seems to be a deceptive sales tactic akin to false advertising. Attached is the product I received. This is the YouTube short where I saw the advertisement: https://youtube.com/shorts/gs2jDdHJLwI?si=CljfhcsFBEet1VK5 . The severe difference I quality is visibly noticeable. I am working on getting a refund from them, but believe other potential buyers should be aware.
