I have canceled my subscription multiple times with Bioma, but they continue to send me additional products. I have reached out on their website using the email for customer support as well as with their chat bot. I was told on October 3rd that 'all' of my subscriptions had been canceled, and they still charged me money in November for another order. Additionally, they have sent me broken glass bottles in the mail before (due to poor packing on their part), and I have again requested a refund. This company is a colossal hoax. I have sent numerous emails requesting to send back all of their product. They continue to tell me that none of their products can be refunded and yet they have this statement on their website: Bioma offers a 14-day money back policy. This means you can return your Bioma probiotics within 14 days of receiving your purchase according to our terms & conditions. I will tell all of my friends NEVER to support this company.
