I clicked on a FB Marketplace ad for someone selling an RV and got redirected to their auction website. They allegedly sell repo classic cars, regular vehicles, boats , RV's, and equipment that has been repossessed. They have an incredible site with count down clocks to auction ending on every item. They have a contract with indemnity, arbitration, a 6 month limited warranty and delivery services. It is very official looking with the process that requires you upload your drivers license front and back to become a bidder. I did a lot of research and could not locate any negative info on them first. Later after I bid on and won an RV they email you an invoice that tells you the supposed "lienholder" to pay for the release of the vehicle for then shipping to follow. The Colorado Secretary of State had no info on the LLC by any name. The invoice was very official with bank routing and name of Express Auto LLC in Illinois, and you guessed it the Illinois Secretary of State has no info on them either. I never wired the funds, but they have my drivers license info.
