I placed an order for shirts online after a month of product gone MIA I contacted the store, and they said they would send another package out. I stated, "Please return my money instead." They refused and sent the items a 2nd time. Once items were received, the quality was not good. very cheaply made, and I requested a refund. They refused to give me a return label and offered me 10 dollars. I refused and said no, I want to return items as the website said I could, and they said no, shipping is too expensive for me, and offered 20 dollars. I again said, "No, please issue me a return address label," and they said no. I did not see anywhere that this was a store in China. I ordered as the store said, USA, great shop. I believed it was in the USA. They keep giving me the runaround, stating I am unreasonable. I want to return items, and they are refusing. I want my 110.00 dollars, and they are refusing. DO NOT recommend this store at all.
