This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
I made two separate orders and have not received my items. I would just like a refund for the amount they charged without sending me my items. One order is 251005123459995 for $49.00 and the other order is 251006041659323 for $48.00. Both orders claim to be shipped and delivered on 11/3/25 but I have not received them. I have reached out to Sundance through email and through their customer service on their website with no response for both orders. I reached out to their customer service and they said they would reship the items. They said they would but nothing has arrived.
